Service description
The Hub is based at The Neville Centre on the Leicester General Hospital site. Once a referral has been received you will be contacted by the most appropriate team to meet your current needs.
Referral criteria
People of all ages with probable dementia.
Adults over the age of 65 with depression, anxiety or psychotic illnesses.
