Adults hoping to take advantage of the relaxation of rules around foreign holidays are being offered vaccination slots in Leicester and Loughborough over the coming days.
Yesterday (Thursday July 8) the government announced that from July 19, adults fully vaccinated against Covid travelling back to England from “amber” list countries will no longer have to quarantine at home for 10 days.
A number of sessions are being run at the Peepul Centre, Leicester, and at Loughborough Hospital, which may make all the difference to those hoping to take advantage of a trip overseas.
The sessions, run by Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust, are available as follows:
Loughborough Hospital (Pfizer vaccination, suitable for all adult ages)
Monday July 12, 8am-4pm, (bookable), 8:30am-3:30pm Walk-Ins;

Thursday 15 July, 12noon-8pm, (bookable), 12:30pm-7:30pm Walk-Ins;
