How to apply for bank roles
There are multiple ways you can apply to be a part of our bank workforce, whether you’re new to our Trust, a student or a member of our staff looking to work some more hours, we have plenty of opportunities outlined below.
If the bank role is what you currently do, then please talk to your manager in the first instance. They will need to speak to the recruitment team who will advise on what process needs to be followed.
If the role you want to join the bank for is completely different role, for example, you are an administrator in your main role and want to join the bank as an unregistered nurse, you will need to go through an assessment process to confirm your skills for the new bank post. Again, talk to your manager in the first instance, and they can liaise with the recruitment team on what process needs to be followed.
If you’re looking for work to fit around your studies, working flexible hours with Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust Bank as a healthcare assistant (HCA) could be the answer.
If you are a healthcare assistant and have been working for LPT for a minimum of 12 weeks through an agency find out more and apply for our fast track opportunity here.
