Clinical apprentice
Earn, learn and make a difference with one of our NHS clinical apprenticeships.
We employ clinical apprentices in mental health, physical health, learning disability and children’s services, depending on where you’d like to take your career.
Our clinical apprenticeships are designed to give you experience and a qualification in healthcare to enable you to move into a healthcare assistant role.
This role is for you if:
- You are thinking about a career as a healthcare assistant, nurse, therapist or doctor
- You have achieved a qualification in functional maths and English or GCSE grade C/4 or above in maths and English
- You like to care for others and make people feel better
- You are over the age of 16
How we can help you achieve this role
Learn about patient activities, care and shadow clinical staff. You will get hands on experience assisting our patients in activities of daily living.
You will also learn about assessment planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

- QCF Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (12 – 18 months)
