Team or clinical leads
Clinical or team leads are nurses or clinicians who are accountable for the operational delivery and performance of a service. The roles are available in inpatient, outpatients and community services across all of our directorates: mental health services, families, children and young people and learning disability and autism services and our community hospitals.
These roles oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical care, clinical governance, patient safety, clinical quality, and have overall responsibility for leadership and delegated responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of a multi-disciplinary team.
This role is for you if:
- You have experience of or a ready to take on a managerial and leadership role in your area of specialism
- You are able to lead and inspire people to do their best work
- You are able to follow and ensure others follow strict protocols, procedures and guidelines to ensure patient safety
- You are determined to ensure patients and service users are offered by best possible care by your service area
