Our team of content creators includes:
- healthcare professionals with experience of working with autistic people of all ages – plus their families and carers

- people with lived experience of parenting autistic and neurodivergent children
We keep up to date with the latest in NHS England endorsed training such as the Oliver McGowan Training and the National Autism Trainer Programme.

Such training is co-produced and co-delivered by autistic people. It is based on the Core Capabilities Framework for Supporting Autistic People.

This training emphasises that when working to support autistic people, it is vital to not only refer to current, robust medical and academic research – but to also consider the experiences, knowledge, and views of autistic people themselves.
This is why we collaborate with healthcare professionals who work with autistic people across the lifespan – and most importantly, we collaborate and co-produce with autistic people. As part of this, Leicestershire Partnership Trust invest in autistic experts by experience, lived experience partners. If this is something that interests you, click this link.
