For your physiotherapy appointment at Merlyn Vaz please report to Main Reception.  They will signpost you to “Therapy F” waiting area on the 1st floor (lift access is available).   Take a seat here and your therapist will collect you.

Please note, there is limited parking available so please arrive in plenty of time.

If you no longer need or unable to attend your appointment, please let us know by email llr.msktherapy@nhs.net or leave a message on the number below, so we can offer the appointment to someone else.
