Have you retired but want to come back to work for us?

There are many reasons for wanting to return to work after retirement, be that for money, social interaction or that you simply miss working in healthcare.

If you have previously been a registered clinician, such as a nurse, occupational therapist, or physiotherapist and want to return to your profession, there are options to support you.

Return to practice programme

You may need to undertake a return to practice programme. If you are interested in completing this programme with us, then please complete the short form below.

Retire and Return Form

This page is for people who have previously worked for LPT and now want to work for the Trust through the bank. The information you give us here is not an application as such, but will enable us to identify the most appropriate way for your application to be taken forward. What the next step is will depend on how long it is since you last worked with us, so please provide as much information as possible so we can advise you on the most appropriate route as quickly as possible.

Pension information

We cannot offer you financial advice. Please find information on the NHS Business Services Authority website about NHS pensions to help you decide what is applicable to your circumstances.

We strongly recommended independent advice is sought if you are in anyway unsure about your options.
